We guarantee the lowest rate for all bookings made directly with us. If guests find a lower rate elsewhere online within 24 hours of booking, we will honour the lower rate. To claim the lower rate you will need to respond to the email confirmation you have received from Roomzzz along with proof of where you obtained the lower rates. You will need to include a URL and a screen shot of the page.
