• Full payment is taking at the time of purchase and deems the voucher non-refundable.
• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• To make a booking, please contact Central Reservations on 0203 504 5555 or via email on reservations@roomzzz.com. You will require your voucher number to proceed with the booking
• The voucher can be used for full or partial payment of a Roomzzz Aparthotel and any additional packages.
• Cancellation policies on your reservation will depend on the rate you opt to book and will be stated at the time of booking
• The physical voucher will be required to be presented on arrival at the hotel
• The voucher can not be exchanged for cash
• No change will be provided
